People of Post Grant Recipient 2026
An exciting grant that has brought chair yoga to life by providing the funds to purchase internet and a television, as well as an online teacher currently running at the Hallett Supper Room.
Engie Australia
Engie Australia provided $2000 towards a much-needed ride-on lawnmower. This Lawnmower has been provided for use at the Hallett playground, parks and Memorial Gardens. The lawnmower is being provided to us as part of the 2026 Wilo 2 Community Sponsorship Program. The funding provided will make a great difference to the efficiency which our local community volunteers can work at. who are the caretakers of these community grounds.
Regional Council of Goyder
The Regional Council of Goyder has given us $10,000 from Ward Funds for the purchase of a secondhand John Deere lawnmower.
Commercial Hotel Jamestown
Tim Thompson, the proprietor of the Commercial Hotel Jamestown, generously donated glass photo prints showing the historic photos of Hallett and District for the Echo of Hallett display.
Energy Australia Sponsorship $6500 towards 3 new water tanks, plumbing and pressure pump for potable water.
North Goyder Community Grant Fund $4038 to improve Hallett outreach medical facilities.
Goyder Renewables Zone Community Benefit Fund $5000 Painting of the Hallett supper room.

HCSA funded playground bark floor refurbishment and purchased Christmas decorations for the Hallett Hall.
